What are some advantages and challenges of using a logic-driven analytics process rather than follow a data-driven analytics process??
Below are the advantages of using a logic-driven analytics compared to data-driven analytics process -
1. Logic-driven analytics is based on logic and rationale behind the decision making by looking at various past and current qualitative information while data driven analytics is based on trend rather than a logic.
2. It doesn't require huge amount of data and is relatively less complex to understand.
3. It doesn't require data intensive and analytic tools, methods and accelerators.
4. It comes out from observation and logic.
Below are the challenges of using a logic-driven analytics process rather compared to a data-driven analytics process -
1. Data-driven analytics provides outcomes for decision making based on detailed analysis of data using various tools.
2. It provides near accurate outcomes for decision making by considering all the historic data.
3. It depends on a trend in the data to arrive at the outcomes and hence, has a proof and solid analysis to backup.
4. With the increased number of analytical tools, the prediction of outcomes have become relatively easier.
