1) Making stress as friend - Not running away from stress, one should know that stress is also good for body as our decision making power improve and increases. We also work efficiently in stress. Running away makes things more it more stressfull. Meditation, exercise - Meditation and exercise makes the body calm, it helps you to engage your mind somewhere rather than thinking more about stress. Talking with friend, attending any hobby classes, any counsellor, watching meditation programmes reading quotes woud give more power to cope with current situation and would help being fit and healthy.

2) Stress can increase blood pressure, it can lead to headache as well, heavy stress also leads to diabetis, one may get emotionally stuck in stress or stress can become habit as well, over stress may lead to depression as well. Strss has very negative effects on health. So many people suffer heart problems, have heart attack, cardiac arrest due to stress.

3) I have started listening to lot of Bramhakumari Shivani videos, who tells us about coping up with difficuilt situations, choices that we make etc, I also listen to music. There are various stress relieving musics, or morming happiness music videos available on the youtube I make myself aware that I am more responsible for my stress. These are the big stress releivers that. If I concentrate on my work and on nothing else I do not tend to eat much, I am much under control about nutrition, which in turn helps me in getting back to my normal weight.
