Answer 1 -DNA replication is related to transfer of energy it. is saying that dna replication cause transfer of energy which means that dna molecules uses its own energy in its replication. In other words the nitrogen bases come with their own energy which helps them to get bonded to each other during dna replication.
Answer 2- Shape and structure determine function it is correct if you see the dna its structure has two types based on staining procedure euchromatin and heterochromatin. In euchromatin the dna is less coiled so it is more functional .It can easily be uncoiled and replicated but in heterochromatin the shape is more coiled so it's function is also less.
Answer 3 -we can take an example of HIV intection in immunodeficiency virus replicate its RNA to Dna and affect all the monocytes and macrophages. When we do blood count then we will find antibodies are decreasing which will give feedback that dna is replicating.
Answer 4 -Dna replication is designed for a purpose we can relate this sentence by various means like it have complementary bases , inplace of thymine uracil is present. It is designed so that in dna replication there will be less error and more stabality can be achieved .DNA replication is designed so purposely that chances of occuring error is less due to its complementary bases because there will two complementary bases every time. In dna replication thymine is added not uracil because uracil is stable than thymine and dna polymerase also check for the error in dna replication after replication is completed.
