Overselling of job is now a recent trend that most of the multinational companies follow. Overselling of job means the temporary employment of workers for performing a job. Mainly it is done online when the company and the employees both do not know each other. When the work pressure is so high, then the company takes the ways of overselling the job.

Pros of overselling:

  • It reduces the workload and helps the company to di ish a work in a certain period.
  • The company does not need to employ permanent employees. It reduces their expense and profit becomes more.
  • It quickens the work.
  • There is also variety of work.
  • Company may not pay if the work is not done properly.

Cons of overselling jobs:

  • There is no liability of the employees to the work.
  • It does not ensure the job.
  • The workers are not properly paid.
  • All the time, efficient persons may not be available.
  • As there is no liability, all the time the quality of work may not be good.
  • It does not maintain the secrecy of the company policy.
