There are certain communication barriers which create a conflict situation in the scenario. The major communication barriers are listed as :

• Language Barrier : Language acts as the most important barrier in terms of communication. If two people speak different language, they cannot communicate effectively. People should be trained in different languages in order to avoid the barrier.
• Psychological Barrier : It states the mental state of the two people interacting with each other. A worried person is not able to communicate effectively whereas an angry person cannot understand anything. The sender and receiver should wait calmly until they come to the normal psychological state.
• Semantic Barrier : This barrier arises due to use of inappropriate words, faulty translation and wrong interpretation of the communication by the sender or the recipient. Translator should be there or the communication should be proofread in order to avoid the barrier.
• Organizational Barrier : If the organizational policies or structure doesnt allow free communication amongst the people, it leads to problems. Organization should encourage free communication amongst the employees.
• Gender Barrier : Males have a different mindset compared to females. if there is a gender barrier, then the effective communication doesnt take place. People should broaden their mentality and think from general perspective and not based on gender.
