There are several types of local bodies where some purely work on one component such sewing or water bodies or general purpose local governments that supervise many functions .In all these we see politic motives to a large extent when they aim to woo public .1)budgets aim to allure citizens rather than internal participants in the the area.2)politicians aim to develop communities rather than public as a whole .For example there is a gulf between allocation of resources whites and minorities.3)when we compare the satisfaction levels among the masses whites in america are more satiated with the tax system where as minorities are not satisfied with the government policies. Minorities like governments when they care more about transportation and education facilities .4)when comes to basic amenities like education ,roads ,water facilities,safety measures every section will be made feel Content as they impact the chances of forming the government.5) in most cities local budgets will aim to target depressed classes and major communities as they are the pillars of their vote bank.
