A. You can show what is the proportion of a choice getting chosen out of the four, i.e. How much likely people will choose a choice out of the four.

2. Checking independency of two attributes (i.e. Checking independecy between people and choices :

If you want to check the independecy between the people and choices i.e. Do a person often selects a particular choice or is a choice affecting a person's selection, then you can go for chi square test for checking independency.
