For Indian companies

I'm starting a food delivery startup in a week or two. I had done a lot of study and enquiry, but still I would love hearing more advices. I need to know what all documents need to be

filed and kept for maintaining accounts and filling tax returns. For us, the only income is from delivery charge we charge from customers

	In India, the companies have to comply with following requirement for maintenance of accounts &
	filing tax return
1	The companies are compulsory required to maintain their accounts on accrual/mercantile system
2	The companies have to compulsory maintain books of accounts relating to all transaction of
	business and get it audited from Indian chartered accountant once in a year
3	The companies have to follow 1st April to 31st March as their financial and accounting year
4	Apart from the regulary statutory company audit, if the turnover of your business crosses
	10 million indian rupees, you need to get tax audit done from Indian Chartered Accountant before
	filing your annual Income tax returns.
5	The last date to comply with statutory audit report is usually 30th september i.e. end of six month
	from the end of your accounting year
6	You also need to comply with MCA(Ministry of corporate affairs)requirement by filing your relevent
	annual returns with Registrar of Companies(its online)
7	You need to file Income Tax return with Income tax authorities before 30th of september together
	your tax audit report.(its online)
8	Apart from the tax audit report and annual income tax report, you also need to get your report
	chartered accountants for MAT(Minimum alternate Tax) information.
