some people say that even today, the Declaration of Independence is a radical document. On a scale of 1 to 10 (least radical to most radical), how radical is it? address the question about the importance of human freedom in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. What do you think?

It is said that the Declaration is more radical than the men who signed it. It is for the fact that with the ideals that whatever the delcaration has inscribed is the last word, and no flexibiity has been entertained.

The Bill of Rights is designed in a way that it satisfies and hence protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to keep and bear arms, the freedom of assembly and the freedom to petition. It shows a strong condemn against the unreasonable search and seizure, cruel and unusual punishment and compelled self-incrimination. In concern with legal protection that it offers, the Bill of Rights prohibits Congress from making any law respecting establishment of religion and prohibits the federal government from depriving any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law. It enables the federal system to require indictment by a grand jury for any capital offense, or infamous crime, it assures a speedy public trial with an impartial jury in the district in which the crime occurred, and prohibits double jeopardy.
