The common role in a human resource project are to hire , retain & monitor the employess progress and contribution of the employees.Employee engagement is also a important aspect in the same.Hiring & employee retention are the two roles shared responsibility roles,I have chosen these as both the roles are very important to the organization .Hiring the right person for a job is crucial as the industry is health care where lifes are at stake.Employee retention is also very important and require shared responsibility as in healthcare industry there is a tendency that a particular patient has to go for a long treatment which includes the doctor or the staff to be a part of the organization for a longer period, as people get comfortable withe a specific doctor & the doctor also knows the case history of the patient.

There should be an additional person who can access the employees, this person is important as he/she can see the aspect without any bias.Time to time a peer review is also important to analyse the working culture of the employees and to help them grow an improve themselves.
