The most important aspect of the Conference Resident Assistant role is to provide valuable and satisfactory customer care service. The individual should be well versed with the policies, submission dates, schedule of events. He/she should maintain and update the conference roaster for check in and check outs and communicate with the client to ensure that the conference information is accurate. For successful execution of any conference, it is essential that the individual ensures that the information regarding the access cards to conference, dining cards, keys, allotted conference room number and all other inventories are well arranged before the group arrival and after the group departure. The attendees of the conference must feel at ease with all the information handy to them.A follow up service regarding the maintainence, room set up, room reservation, eqipment deliveries etc must be done so that the conference is proceeded without any hassel . A feedback resolution must be taken from the conference attendes in the end. A successful execution of any conference depends on the client satisfaction and service and this is why it is the most important aspect of the role.
