As a soon-to-be college graduate, you will be looking for a full-time job in your field. As part of this process, you will need to learn to successfully market yourself. Prepare an outline for your marketing plan. First, list the special problems and challenges associated with marketing people rather than a physical product. Then outline your ideas for each of the four P's.

Marketing - Marketing is an activity which is undertaken by the company for the buying and selling of its goods and service. It includes advertisement, selling and delivering the products tothe consumer.

Special problems and challenges in marketing are

• Understaffed or inexperienced personal - A huge problem in efficient marketing is that inexperienced staff or untrained staff . Thay cant make understand the opposite party by that they dont show interest in them. By that the marketing goes wrong and it adversely affect on the trading of the company

• New Trend in Market - Whenever there is new trend in market it becomes difficult for the manager to adopt that change and it takes huge time to be in the market for the company . And because of this unnecessary delay the company have to suffer huge loss.

• Communication problem - May be called Lack of Communication

Trading can be efficiently done with the proper communication so if there is weak connection then the business activities will be going downward.

Solution for these problems -

The staff should be very well trained and they should not feel hesitation while talking to the target party. Thus they can improve the marketing activities. The communication between the company and the Outside parties should be excellent . And the manager should be studying the marketing activities by that if any changes occur that can be adopt easily.

The four Ps of marketing -

Product - The first P is known for Product . The product of the company should not be so filthy or should not be of very low quality. The product should be of high quality or of medioker quality. This matters a lot for the long running of business.

Price - Not only the quality of products matters the main thing matters is Price. The price should be reasonable . The price should not be very high or very low

Promotion - Once the product is made, then how the public will come to know about the product. That will be done by the promotion like advertisement, giving information in magazine or newspaper etc .Thus promotion of the product leads a very important role in Marketing.

Place - The place of the factory outlet should be in easy reach market . If the outlet is far from the town then there will be problem in transportion. Thus the place of the business should be kept in the mind.
