1)2 Elements of fiction :CHARACTER AND CONFLICT

CHARACTER:It is one of the element of fiction. The main function of character is to extend the plot and make it readable and interesting.Many stories use multiple characters, and every story has a main character that affects the plot a great deal.The main character could be a protagonist, an antagonist, a dynamic, a static, a flat or a round character. Readers feel that the characters given in the literary piece exist, and the enjoy reading their real and lifelike figures and actions.

CONFLICT

The literary function of conflict is to create tension in the story, making readers more interested by leaving them uncertain which of the characters or forces will prevail.

RHYTHM

Rhythm is a pace of a poem.Rhythm is created by a pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line or verse. Rhythm can help to strengthen the meaning of words and ideas in a poem.Rhythm can be a tool to get across idea.

ALLITERATION

Alliteration is a useful poetic device in which certain sounds are repeated at the beginning of words in a sentence or phrase.It draw attention to certain phrases and can provide rhythm and musicality.Function of alliteration is that it sounds pleasing and also build mood.Sequencing of words with repeated syllables provides both structure and rhythm. Alliteration has both visual and aural function.The repeated sound allow the syllable to amplify as each word is pronounced.This is used to emphasize the beauty of the language being used.
