a. Unique and unified work environment can be created through the office designs which can address the questions such as, What type of workers are going to work there?, Does that design signifies your corporate identity and company values etc?

b. As surrounding in which employees work has greater influence upon their mood, motivation and productivity therefore choosing an interior design which signifies calm, peaceful atmosphere at work is necessary.

c. Not only ethical and spiritual concept office design improves the team efficiency but also helps to build positive relationships with the customers, stockholders, shareholders etc.

Office design can be utilized to create an ethical culture by following ways :

a. Office design were the ethical and moral quotes are used and easily readable by the employees creates sense of ethical responsibility towards their work.

b. It helps to eliminate poor ethical practices, establish ethical guidelines for the employees which is necessary during decision making process and improve teams current ethical practices.
