2. Rules - These are very specific and are described in general. Ex - " All group activities to be accomplished timely & effectively ". These are rigid & obligatory to be followed.

3. Procedure - These are the necessary steps taken to achieve set goals & daily end results. These are very well known & habitual. As a part of the rule & directions for the policies, these are indifferent to the effective & sophisticated learning system.

- An instructor are those who imparts the knowledge & learning upon their students . They work under or according to the policies of the organization they work for hence abiding to the rules is the primary concern for them . They apply numbers of the procedures which are flexible to change as per the students convenience & which are set as a good approach for the growth of the students as well as the entire education system. Inference can very well be made to these procedures through the highlight of respective rules.

- Rules are gernerally common & fix and are circulated via notices, whereas it is very convenient & effective in the case of procedures to show them in general view area so that every student can learn about them regularly.

- these should be made very clear & understandable for the students by the instructor.

- Should not be imposed upon students, instead inculcating them inside the students through examples & demostrations is most advisable.

- various group activities & other creative activities are to be encouraged by the instructor as a part of the procedures.
