Here I am considering that you are concerned with the amount of solute and you want to know whether there would be any freezing point depression if you add less amount of the same solute. The answer is YES, the freezing point depression does occur, though to a smaller extent than earlier, which can be shown from the relation below.
We know, that, freezing point depression is given by-
from the above relation, we can say-

So, from above, it is clear that decreasing the mass of solute decreases the freezing point but to a lesser amount than the earlier.
