1. Pro: This will help in more testing, results will come out fast, it will provide convenience to people that they can get themselves check at nearest places, testing will also increase

2. Cons: The cost of testing will increase, as the testing will be done at a particular home/place, that whole place can also be infected. Case may be the people coming for testing may also get affected with Covid due to atmosphere at that place. Sanitization work will required every day

Question 2) Ensuring employees' safety when they return to work by using AI tech cams to enforce social distancing (Amazon)?

1. Pro: This will create a good brand image, this will enhance employees trust in company, this will reduce the risk of disease of COVID, many more companies will adopt this technology and Amazon will be a market leader

2. Cons: This will increase the cost, work in which people gathering is required will not be able to function properly.

Question 3) The impacts on wellness, training, and development of a company re-opening during this pandemic?

1. Pro: Training will set the working tone back as it was before pandemic, training will enhance the working performance of employees, training will give employees new working skills.

2. Cons: The expenses of company will increase, a lot of time will be wasted in training, during lockdown there was no work going so giving training will also result in no work.

1. Pro: This will enhance the working performance, the working output will be more advanced and correct as compared to earlier, economies of scale can be achieved easily, will give a positive effect to the economy and technology.

2. Cons: Cost will be increased, a lot of people will lose their jobs this will be against Corporate social responsibility policies. You cannot rely on technology 100% there are drawbacks of adopting robots over humans.
