The equation of demand in 2021
QD = 1.10 * ( 98.74 - 0.0807P ) = 108.614 - 0.08877P
Qs = 77.8783+ 0.1068P

Equating both sides, we get
30.7357 = 0.19557P
P = 157.16

QD = 108.614 - ( 0.08877 * 157.16 ) = 94.66

b) Price in 2011 from the above calculation is 111.26
Price in 2021 from the above calculation is 157.16

( 157.16 / 111.26 ) - 1 = 0.41 or 41%
The increase in price is 41% from 2011 to 2021.
