Eustress produces positive feelings of excitement, fulfillment, meaning, satisfaction, and well-being. All the day to day challenges that we face in our life like money issues, issues at work and sometimes the things not working for us better are all examples of eustress. The sources of distress in my life are, drug addiction which my brother has, not being able to meet family expenses and loss of my great grand father. I try to talk to my loved ones all the time so that this feeling of loneliness can go away, i keep my self busy in tasks that allow me to focus on things that really matter. I also try to seek the help of the dear friends in feeling happy and positive about the things that go in my life so that there is not much burden attached to it at all. The best way to cope up with stress is to exercise. This is going to take us far in life and ensure that we have ample time for ourself to turn these opportunities into somethings that would help us in a long way.
