Solution 1: Machine Learning is a branch of computer science that is actually concerned with the design and development of the software systems that are able to learn the trends and patterns from the data and make the decisions on the their own without any human intervention. Since the data is rising in volumes each and everyday, therefore there is an urgent need to manage and make the best use out of this data. To this question, machine learning is the solution as it is a branch of computer science that can learn the trends and patterns from the data that is collected over a long period of time with the help of sophisticated machine learning algorithms to assist the decision makers and the business owners to make better business decisions that would help the organization to make more profits than ever.

Solution 2: Some of the applications of machine learning are:

1. It allows the finance team within an organization to predict the sales and revenues for an upcoming year on the basis of the past records.
2. Machine Learning concepts can be used to develop the computer aided-diagnosis systems that can detect and assist the doctors in diagnosing a certain disease.
3. ML concpets can also be used in the design and development of several other expert systems that can be employed in cars, AC, washing machine, etc. so that the device can make decisions on their own.

Solution 3: Some of the tools and software that are associated with the field of Machine Learning are:

1. Python, R programming languages were especially designed and developed to help the programmers to develop robust Machine Learning applications.
2. For Python, Jupyter or Spyder can be used and for R programming language R Studio can be used.
3. All of the above software, tools and the platforms are compatible with the Windows as well as the Mac OS.

Solution 4: These software and tools can be used within the organizations to support their business processes. For example, python or R can be used to perform the statistical analysis over the data, to get the trends and patterns that are present in the data. These trends and patterns can be visualized using the charts and graphs and can be presented to the decision makers within the organization. Now, if we talk about the limitations of the Machine Learning technology, then it can be said that not all the predictions that are made by these machine learning models are accurate and reliable all the times. There is a certain amount of bias as well as the randomness that is present in these predictions, other than this ML has a bright future in the upcoming times, be it any field.
