The unexpected tragedy of this year is COVID 19. It is a result of the tussle going in the world to become the world's superpower.

There are many experiments the scientists are conducting to create new inventions. Human wants to achieve what was not achieved by others.

The story of COVID 19 started from Wuhan China. China was facing a new type of sickness where the people who were affected by the virus used to die within 7 to 10 days. The symptoms were similar to Pneumonia, but the patients were not becoming okay with the present medicine as expected. Till now China government had not taken it seriously. One young doctor  Li Wenliang informed the ministry that the new sickness is spreading from human to human and it is a new type of sickness. The Chinese government did not pay any attention to this finding and told the doctor not to spread rumors.

As the government had not acknowledged his findings no protection was taken in the becoming the medical team was exposed to danger while treating the patients. The Chinese government was in denial mood.

When it was established that the disease is spreading through the mucous droplets from the nose or the mouth of the infected person or through the contact route like touching an object that an infected person has touched the government started taking precautionary measures. When the virus gets transferred to a healthy body the incubation period is longer thus the symptoms are not immediately noticed until it reaches the stage of suffocation and difficulty in breathing. If not treated in time the result is death. Unfortunately, the Chinese doctor who had informed the Chinese government about his findings got infected with this disease and died in February 2020.

On 3rd January Chinese government-provided information on the disease to WHO. On 11th and 12th January, the Chinese government provided further details to WHO. Chinese government assured WHO that it will inform the organization about the disease and the response measures implemented in Wuhan. The finding of a new type of virus was detected ted by the Chinese scientists by doing testing on the patients. On n 7th January 2020 they found the new type of virus and called it novel coronavirus.

Many of the patients were treated and discharged in China. Before the world can come to realize its intensity many infected people from China flew to various places of the world taking the virus with them. The other countries were not expecting the disease to reach their countries the international flights were not suspended.

The year had started as usual but by March, the presence of the disease was reported from various countries of the world. The US, UK, Italy, Africa, Asian countries, the Middle East had reported the cases of this disease.

The WHO ordered different countries of the world to take safety measures and the lockdown was observed in the whole world.

It was declared pandemic and it was compulsory on every country to abide by the safety measures WHO had issued. The education institutions were closed. The park, Malls, and shops were closed. The entertainment centers were closed all religious congregations were stopped and people were not allowed to come out of the house unless it is an emergency.

It was the new type of lockdown that the people had never observed. The children were at home for 24 hours. The families were together 24 hours from the day of lockdown that was never dreamt in the US society and culture. The night clubs were closed and people had suddenly become aware of the health and its importance.

People started changing their food habits and inclined to have healthy food to increase their immunity. They started doing exercises and yoga to keep their mind and body healthy and fit.

In the Western world, Italy was badly affected, Italy saw many people dying in a day. The reason was that the Chinese workers had come back to Italy after spending their vacation in China and returned to their work. The second reason we know from the news in the football league where people in the stadium were sitting without keeping any distance.

It is important to keep social distancing in this disease to avoid getting infected by the disease.

Social media and TV news were sources of information at that time. The country that was failed in implementing the lockdown was from the Asian country India.

India is a developing country. Divided into many cultures. There are people following various religions like Islam, Hinduism, Buddhists, Christians in short almost there are people following various religions stay in the thickly populated country.

The country is supposed to be a democratic country but, of late it is highly divided by the religious fundamentalist.

The power is in the hands of a few business houses and they have a great influence on the government. Many people are the daily wage earners and have migrated from their villages to the metropolitan city to earn.

With the lockdown announcement and giving only four hours to the people, many people were trapped in different places. With the extension of lockdown, it was difficult for the poor people to continue staying in those cities thus many migrated back to their native place. There were no transport facilities thus people started walking on foot, on the road, railway tracks and many met with the tragic death by accidents, thirst starvation, and road accidents.

India's predominant culture is Hindu culture; people are religious and follow the religions very sincerely. The pandemic was taken as revenge from God (Bhagwan) as the sin has increased on this earth. The Muslims suddenly realized that they have to ask for forgiveness from Allah, offer prayer, and try to do good deeds.

There was a sudden rise in faith. The government tried to use various religious methods like clapping in the evening that was usually done during the Hindu prayers when they sit in front of God and sing praising God. They started lighting the candles and Matti lamps and sang Go Corona Go.

People from different cultures followed different ways of praising God so that he will have mercy on mankind. The Muslims started offering their five times prayers and asking for forgiveness. There were many verse form the Holy Quran that was circulated on socail media to read during the pandemic. People suddenly realized that they have done many sins and God is angry with us.

It was observed that people from the lower class in Hindu who have no means to save themselves were not acting fanatically. They were not showing panic they were more worried about their food and how to run the household.

The people staying in the city and the slum areas of the city were more frightened and had suddenly become aware of their misdeeds.

The media played a very negative role during the pandemic and tried to establish the disease getting spread through a Muslim community and they are spreading it on purpose.

As per Chinese media, the unseen virus that had accidentally escaped from the laboratory taught the world a lesson that he who digs the pit for others will fall in it himself. The reason for preparing the virus that can cause mass detection is a political mystery.
