Expert Solution

The Biblical scriptures from James tells us that the source of conflicts amoung people is their selfishness and personal desires. To resolve such conflicts one has to overcome the feelings of such sinful selfishness and let the conflicts be resolved in God's ways. Conflicts happen in day to day personal and professional life. We may face it in friends relatives and collegues or subordinates. Conflicts taking place at the work place effect the whole work environment and effect the productivity of work indirectly if not resolved on time. Hence managers are appointed and given the task to identify the reasons to conflict and mititage them, conflicts airising and solve them and maintain the peaceful work atmosphere.

To resolve such conflicts by the biblical ways as mentioned from James the health administrater will take the issues of conflicts and make the people involved in it by the Biblical perception. He will make them realise how by correcting their actions and thoughts the conflicts can be resolved. He will have to go through the steps as follows:

- conflicts can be resolved if one judges his own motives that seem selfish. Instead of playing the blame game each person understand what was his part in the conflict and how right was it.

- One has to entreat God's grace and turn down all spritual adultry. The person getting involved in the conflict will have to move his mind away from any kind of adultry in which he/she is involved and divert his mind towards Godand his teachings.

- He will have to repent for the sin he made submit to God by doing so and resis the devil from making them do any wrong.

- Instead of judging others one has to submit self to God and find out his sins and actions that are wrong in the biblical sense.

these ways of solving conflicts through the Biblical perception will help the administrator to resolve the conflicts taking place in the work atmosphere and make it a peaceful place to work in. He will not have to judge or find out who is at fault or to be blamed for the conflict but can resolve the issue by making each judge their own actions.
