What are the three types of specialized cells that can initiate the contraction cycle? Describe in detail the conduction pathway of each. What is the resulting heart rate for each?

Solutions

Expert Solution

The contraction cycle is composed of muscle contraction is the structure that facilitates the contraction. This is the structure of myocytes which leads to the formation of a cycle that differentiates them from the generic cell. Different type of cells is specialized for muscle cell contraction because they bind together and body help them to move together. Different type of proteins is involved in the muscle contraction including different phases and components of muscle contraction including latent phase, lag phase, and contraction phase. The conduction pathway of the sinoatrial node and ventricle node which was the bundle of HIS as well as Purkinje fibers. The conduction of the heart is observed through the normal excitation that originated which propagation with the arterial depolarization. The result in the heart rate involve less than 60 beats per minute. This is helpful to allow the contraction of a heart and pushes the blood in the ventricles.
