Queuing time can be minimized through optimization of queuing systems. i.e., It can maximize the counters to fulfill the demand and operate at its full capacity. Delivery within stipulated time problem has to be rectified by the automation proces in the preparation and packaging processes. This can be carried out through the operations management technique such as process layout/product layout systems to produce the product in desired time.
