During the preparation of the budget, we should include an expert team in the preparation of budget who had more experience in the firm and the employees who are trustworthy for the company. Thus they will be making the budget with there full determination and commitment.

As a manager should track everything in the company that every single thing we thought we should have a track on the expert team in the preparation of the budget.

We should have communication with employee thus if there is any chance of manipulation we can get it from the communication that we had with the employee.
