Load carrying capacity of TV stand should take into consideration.

The possible solution of failures for a TV stand could be

The TV stand should fasten securely and tightly to wall by providing PVC rawlplug in hole in wall.
The levelling problem of TV stand could be monitor and adjust by use of Sprit Level. The bubble in Sprite Level tube should be in centre to provide proper alignment of TV stand.
The ideal center of the screen should be at the eye level of the viewer and the common height of TV stand is 42 inch.
The material of TV stand should capable to carry the load of TV.
