Initially

1. Draw two circles as shown in the figure
2. Indulge 2 circles of higher radius as shown in the figure
3. Construct the lines, dimensions and circles are shown, the select>the area as shown and perform solid protrusion option.
4. Copy the plane the Lower layer plane.
5. Select the top portion of the copied plane and draw the appropriate dimensions Make sure you provide the same dimensions as i displayed, similarly add up these dimensions and diagrams
6. Once you have successfully done the alterations in the Copied plane it looks like this
7. Now convert those thread lines to solid bar using the Solid fill protrusion
8. Extend the lines of the copied plane Thoroughly
9. Construct two holes on the required positions and smoothen the curves
