Hence, they should know about the requirements from company authorities, they should negotiate the pricing by taking beforehand process. Here, they should assign some credit limit for such guests and follow up that whether such limits are utilized by the guests or not. They should also look for balance credit amount and define the reservation status of guest over time and look for the way to receive the payment from company authorities.
• Front office manager can also control credit in hotels by settling the accounts of guest with the help of credit card. Here, hotel authority will connect with the credit card company of the guest and change necessary amount in the account of guest. That amount also to be approved by the guest and request to charge that amount to be sent to respective bank, so bank authority can pay necessary amount to the hotel authority.
