Ans) As a marketing director, the main aim will be to increase the profit or to increase the market share by various services provided by the hotel. I am here taking the eg of promotion through advertisements, this will increase the relationship between customers and employees. Through advertisements the more customers will be attracted to the hotel, the ads will be given through social media, by printing pamplets .

As in figure I have shown that their is direct relation between marketing and employees as well as between customers more marketing will be done through special offers more will be the consumer surplus enjoyed by the customers and more will be wages provided to the employees. There are other marketing mix model can be taken into account for the hotel to promote the services provided by them, for example price can be charged low in comparison to others with high quality of services etc.
