Governing institute control by developing suitable rule to protect interest
Ans Q 3. Ways of meeting the needs within organization constrain - Each organization, individual face time and money constrained. According to availability of time and financial budget each stake holder invest as per interest and obtain some benefit. Thus production unit produces finish good for customer, Stake holder invest money & earn business profit, Governing institute earn in terms of tax. And colleague obtain work satisfaction.
Ans Q 4. Ways to check - Government depute different inspection authority as per area and department. These authorities are responsible for any kind of misshape in respective area and also responsible for maintaining quality. Each official get assign task to inspect specific number of production or business unit. Auditor examine quality of financial transactions, Energy auditor examine resourcefulness of energy, Factory inspector examine quality measure, Food & Drug inspector examine hygiene related issue. Identified lacuna get noticed to respective responsible person and work is get as per priority level.
