Importance of privacy according to Person X: According to Person X, privacy is very much essential and important in a person’s life.It is determined that all the employees have the right to privacy. They have privacy rights only up to a certain extent. An employee cannot use the company resources for his private works. The company will question this and at this point of time, the employee cannot say that the company has violated his privacy.
The company will violate the privacy rights of the employee when they are indulged in any sort of behavioral issue. If the management doubts that, the employee is violating the rules of the company, they can have a check over the employee. Usage of internet and electronic mailing comes under an employee’s privacy right. The employer can monitor an employee based on the usage of the internet and electronic mailing. This violates the right of employees. However, if the employees are noticed by doing a wrong thing, then they are answerable.
The following is the place where the privacy of Person X has been threatened: The privacy of Person X was threatened in his first job interview. He was asked to undergo honesty test. The questions were vulgar that could not be answered.
One time only one question solved
