In marketing buzz refers to the strategies that can capture the customer's attention and other influencers for amplify the marketing. It can be done using the word of mouth and platforms such as social media. Majority of Americans have added social media to their regular routine; just like grooming, brushing their teeth, eating meals, and going to work or school, social media is a vital part of everyday lives of people. Every day people use social media mainly with a mobile app or desktop computer; and share their experience about product and services, restaurants, food, and recommend brands to others; and thus create awareness through the use of online traffic. In my regular life I also share my opinion and read the feedback about the products and services on the social media. I often do online rating and read blogs, and pay close attention to advertisements. This sort of marketing acts as a marketing hub, especially referral marketing
