The protected health information is under the US law which would have some of the information regarding the health status as well the payment and some mechanism for health care which are done by some of the covered entity which is linked to a specific individual.

The cross border data flow jurisdiction is on the transfer or movement of the information among the servers via the country borders wherein the data would be required to be able to move so that one can access this information or services one needs. Everyone from among the companies or individual mostly rely on some of the data transfer mechanism.

There is a privacy shield framework that checks the mechanism for complying with that of the data protection need when transferring any personal data.

The rule is that the transfer of some of the personal data to the country outside that of the European Economic Area might be considered when some of the countries would need several levels of data protection.

There are some of the country-level data protection which is involved.

There are several corporate rules that are bound with internal codes of conduct with the multinational undertakings.

Some are standard contractual clauses that have been approved by that of European commission.

There are some ad-hoc contractual clauses which have been agreed upon among the data exporter as well as the data importer.
