Nowadays ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system is one of the most crucial element used by several companies to manage their business functions in a central system , so one must choose an ERP based on some important criteria like :

>one must consider the technology (hardware and software ) used by that company to develop the ERP because the latest technology will ease the way of controlling and using the software and it will make thing much more efficient and user friendly and make sure that the reputation of that ERP developing company is good in terms of accomplishment and technology .

>Make sure that the ERP software is scalable which means amount of work or services an ERP software can handle at a time because iftif customer base of the company increases the software must have the capability to withstand that huge amount of services and tasks

>Since investing money on an ERP software is a long term investment so one must also consider the ROI (return on investment) since every organization or company works for profit and one must consider the price of the software and the time period upto which that particular software can sustain .

In the above mentioned criterias the most important criteria is third one the budget of the software and it's return on investment since every company must consider their profit first and the rest of criteria comes after that

I have given the basic idea that on which criteria one must select an ERP software
