First Part:

For Azure Kinect Body Tracking it is good to have a graphics card with high power. Not necessarily that has be from Nvidia but any ATI Radeon graphics card will work fine. The Azure Kinect Body Tracking application requires a good amount of system memory, good process and good video memory. The higher the video memory of the graphics card the more powerful it will be. It has multiple steam processor which allows concurrent operations and advanced memory generation which provides enhanced bandwidth. So, any Nvidia graphics card of good configuration will be a great choice. ATI Radeon is also a good choice.

Second Part:

Intel does not produce graphics card. They provide in-built video memory and graphics processing chip on the system associated motherboard. This may not utilize the full functionality of the processor or RAM and may also cause system bottle-necking. So, my suggestion is go for a graphics card.
