For this task, assume that you have been asked to host a local forum for parents of junior high school aged children to discuss the consequences of having sex at an early age. Parents are debating the following topic: A sexuality education unit, at least a week in length, should be included in all grades in all schools. After the debate you are to draft a summary of the conversations. In your paper, provide both the pro and con of the debate. Provide examples for each side. Include what you would recommend be included and at what age or grade level it should be addressed.
Sex education among school going children has raised ethical debates and controversies ever since awareness was spread. But in todays world, with the rate of teen pregnancy at its rise and spreading of STD and STI, imparting sex education is inevitable. With this being said, the group and the topic that are discussed should be carefully selected.

It is important to be aware that the average teen pregnancy age is 14-15 yrs old. That is why topics such as sexual activity, planned family, safe sex methods and birth control should be addresed only from Junior high/middle school onwards and abstinence should be stressed. Elementary students should be taught basic human/sexual anatomy, social hygiene and gender identity.
