An enforceable contract is a written or oral agreement that can be imposed in a court of law. If the law permits enforcement of a contract, execution of an agreement is the obligation of the asserting parties. Terms may not be violated without causing the contract to void.
Voidable contract: Reasons that can make a contract voidable include failure by one or both parties to disclose a material fact a mistake, misrepresentation or fraud, under influence, one party"s legal incapacity to enter a vintraco, one or more terms that are a bunch of contract.
Unenforceable contract: It is one that is valid but one the court will not enforce. It is usually used in contradistinction to void or voidable. If the parties perform the agrrement, it will be valid, but the court will not compel then if they do not.
Void contract: An agreement to carry out an illegal act is an example of a void agreement.
For example, a contract between drug dealers and buyers is a void contract simply because the terms of the contract are illegal. In such a case neither party can go to court to enforce the contract.
