Corona virus is really a dangerous virus. It should be stopped. With the help of empirical evidence labeling theory may be applied to prevent its spread:

The affected persons should be labeled. It should be done when a person is suspected. He should be kept in isolation. If there is proper isolation, then the others will not try to communicate with him. In the criminological theory labeling is an important matter. If the patient is labeled then there would be great benefit for the others.

The labeling theory makes one isolated. When a patient of COVID 19 is detected he should be isolated from the rest of the people.

Social distance is also an important factor of the labeling theory. In the social gathering the criminals are not allowed. Similarly the COVID 19 affected patients should not be allowed in the social gatherings. If he is allowed then there will be the community spread. If an offender is allowed free movement in the society then there would be more criminals. Similarly, the covid 19 patients should be avoided.

Examine and critically discuss the following statement, with reference to relevant theory and empirical evidence: “Under the CAPM, the required rate of return on a firm's common stock is determined only by the firm's market risk. If its market risk is known, and if that risk is expected to remain constant, then analysts have all the information they need to calculate the firm's required rate of return and there should be no mispricing of stocks in the financial market.”
