  • Stomach Gurgling Is a sensation in stomach which causes uncomfortness along with nausea and digestive symptoms.Stomach gurglings are temporary but it can also cause due to underlying conditions such as Stress and anxiety,pregnancy,food poisosning,Indidgestion,Gastroenteritis etc.
  • The layers of muscles are divided into four groups.
  1. External obliques
  2. Transverse abdominus
  3. Internal obliques
  4. Rectus abdominus.
  • The External obliques are present in the each sides of the rectus abdominus.It allows the trunk to twist (right side)
  • The transverse abdominus is the deepest muscle layer.Its main function is to stablise the trunk and maintain internal abdominal pressure
  • The internal obliques are on the sides of rectus abdominus and located inside the hip bones.the fuction is to twist the trunk to the left side.
  • Rectus abdominus Between the ribs and pubic bone at the front of the pelvis.Main function is to move the body between the ribcage and pelvis.
