WHAT IS THE DARK WEB?

The dark web is an area of the internet that is simply attainable with special browser software, such as Tor or I2P. It is a web of anonymous nature where users’ identities and locations are protected by encryption technology that routes user data through many servers across the globe – making it highly difficult to track users.

The anonymous nature of the dark web makes it an attractive technology for illegal purposes. Unluckily, gaining visibility into criminal locations is hard or challenging as it requires expert knowledge, access to closed sources, and technology that’s capable of monitoring these sources for misuses of your data.

What is the benefit of using the Dark Web?

  • You won’t let your information out. It is safe.
  • Dark web sites are not dragged by any spiders.
  • Access the hidden web using the Tor browser and talk in anonymity
  • They provide services like emails, I2P, Tor, P2P, and VPN.

Risks involved in the Dark web:-

Any type of crime with covert transactions, no matter it involves drugs, money, or even human beings, can be committed on the Dark Web. The dark corners of the internet are merely a platform for multiple offenses, but here are some examples of Dark Web crimes:

  • Murder for Hire
  • Illegal Drug Sales
  • Illegal Arms Sales
  • Terrorism
  • Sex Trafficking
  • Child Pornography
  • Credentials
  • Phishing
  • Refunds
  • Customer data
  • Operational data
  • Financial data
  • Intellectual property/trade secrets
  • Other emerging threat

What are the best safety measures?

  • Don’t use your cell phone for a 2-step verification on Tor.
  • Don’t operate the user account beyond Tor.
  • Don’t post your private information.
  • Do not use HTTP website on Tor.
  • Don’t send unprotected or unencrypted data over Tor.
  • Do not use Tor with Windows OS.
  • Never forget to delete cookies and local website data and other things.

Let d1, d2, ..., dn, with n at least 2, be positive integers. Use mathematical induction to explain why, if d1+ d2+…+dn = 2n-2, then there must be a tree with n vertices whose degrees are exactly d1, d2, ..., dn. (Be careful with reading this statement. It is not the same as saying that any tree with vertex degrees d1, d2, ..., dn must satisfy d1+ d2+...+dn = 2n-2, although this is also true. Rather, it says that if...
