2. Diffenet types of files are text files, data files, directory files, binary and graphic files etc.

3. A folder can be considered as virtual location for files, applications and folder itself.

4. File Explorer is a GUI component available in Windows that enables users to access, edit and manage data, files and other content stored on a computer or mobile device.

5. Address bar is a bar where a user can insert the path of a folder to reach a particular folder residing in the hard drive or a remote computer.

6. Two ways to open a file are:

I> By double clicking the file

II> By navigating to the directory of the file and then hitting enter after entering file name in command prompt.

7. Right click on the file select copy or cut then paste that file on desired location.
