What is the electromagnetic spectrum? What are the wavelength ranges of light? What are photons?
Answer- electromagnetic spectrum - is the all wavelength or frequencies of electromagnetic radiation including all the gamma rays and also the visible light. the use of electromagnetic spectrum is for process of spectroscopy. they helps us to describe all types of waves, and the light that exist.
wavelength ranges of light- the wavelength of the visible light is range from the 400 to 700 nanometer. they contains the shorter as well as longer wavelength. the wavelength of UV light is range from 10 to 400 nanometer. all the seven color have the different wavelength ranges.
photons- they are very tiny or small particle which consist of waves of electromagnetic radiation. they do not consist of any charge and they always travel at the speed of light. they travel through space withing electric field. photons travels at the speed of 2.998 x 108 m/s.
