1. Parathyroid hormone is secreted by parathyroid gland . it affects kidney , bone and regulates the serum calcium level. Osteoblast are the cells responsible for bone formation. In case of osteoblast ,when parathyroid hormone is stimulated it binds to the cells and increases its activity .
