Teenage is the age of growth in which children learn more with acquired education in the school level. The Teenage is the pre-level of Adolescence age level. In this stage the slight transition of maturity will start to occupy the mentality of both Boys and Girls are in Teenage. When Children are not supervised under proper guidance of the parents, There are possible chance of emotional decision which teenagers select to choose when they are caught with the absence of proper supervision of School Management.
Psychologically affected Teenagers improperly reacts in the society. They are tend to take emotional decisions rather than rational decisions. The Fear of punishment utlimately urges the Teenage people to make hasty decisions that leads to Crime behaviour. According to Levitt Test, the activites are tested in the way of determining the unlawful forces teenagers for doing iilegal activities like Drugging, Shooting and other illegal activities. The Test was conducted the group of Psychologists Doctors who will absorb the criminal activities of the Teenage people who are penalized in the Capital Punishment. Then Natural Experiment will given in the form of Counselling and taking them into the practical situation of the Crime Environment and teaching them to avoid the capital Punishment. It will reduce the risk of giving harsh penalties.
