Many fear that the part of the pipeline that would be constructed under the Missouri River presents a clear and present danger to the river if a leak occurs and jeopardizes the water and the life that depends on this water supply.

• In general, oil pipe supply concept is not a safe project and it generally resulted in many problems for the lives surrounding it.

• In history, there was oil leak/spillage issues reported in America or other world locations.
• There is a risk to the spoilage of river water and will impact many animal lives.
• The Oil pipe project may lead to various oil accidents and resulting in loss of human lives.
• Environmist and American people are not in favor of this project.
• In general, the oil pipe is a dangerous project against the life of people.
