You can compare different type of heat exchangers that can be used in space applications. Space exploration is one of the most researched area these days. Regular study is going on to improve the Rockets and space shuttles flights. Heat exchange process is the most important process of rocket flight so the type, geometry and fuel needs to be in regular researh in order to reduce the size and provide adequate heat exchange process.

In space applications mostly compact type heat exchangers are used. You can study about more type of exchangers that can be used there (or that are in the process of replacing or modifying the existing heat exchangers).
