2. What are the types of incentives I might use to influence employee behaviour? How
can I use compensation and other rewards to motivate people?
Incentives
These are known as the motivators for employees. Employers use incentive schemes to motivate their employees in order to achieve certain objectives that are beneficial for the organization. Incentives play a vital role in changing the skill set and professionalism of the employees as they keep on attracting employees to get higher incentives which can be only received when the employee is doing quality work with good productivity but still employers are always finding new ways to influence employees behavior towards their work. Incentives are of many types which include monetary incentives in which the employer gives monetary incentives to its employees for his work. In some cases employers give shares of the organization to its employees to make sure that employees are working for a longer period of time with the organization.
