Global health focuses on the health and health care equity of the population worldwide. It can be defined as the area of study, research and practices which gives a major priority to improve the health and achieve equity in health for all population in the world.

5 actions by which we can improve the global health,

1. Reduce pollution.

• In the present scenario many countries are facing pollution by means of air, noise, plastic wates, water etc.
• Practicing the habit of recycling will helps in a major reduction in these type of pollution and we can prevent many diseases.

2. Universal immunization.

• It is important to get immunized to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
• Many people in the world are still not agreeing to get immunized which is again leading to many health issues.
• In order to eradicate a disease from the world everyone must be immunized against it and thereby the entire population can maintain a good health.

3. Reforestation.

• Due to deforestation many species of plants and animals are under the threat of extinction.
• Soil erosion is a major issue facing by all due to deforestation as it is affecting the life of human beings and animals as well as each and every species.
• These issues will resolve only if reforestation is promoted. By this we can reduce the pollution also.

4. Reduce the use of antibiotics.

• Studies have shown that the overuse of antibiotics are causing many health issues in the public.
• Antibiotic resistance is going to be a cause of losing the lives of people in the future. So the use of antibiotics has to be reduced.

5. Improving the health care systems.

• Now a days many diseases are emerging and it is a challenge for the health care staffs to give quality care to the population.
• Proper health care delivery system has to be initiated by the Government so that people living in the rural areas and hilly areas could get the health care without any difficulty.
