What is needed to create more balanced gender scripts? please thoroughly explain your answer

Gender equity is the situation when men and women enjoy the same opportunities and rights across all the society including services, benefits, economic participation, decision-making power, aspirations and they are valued equally. But somehow throughout the world, women are treated differently than men.Thus there are many way outs-

1. Give more information about women that what they are doing, how they are enough eligible as men etc. According to Jemima Olchawski, “Media has a key role in shaping issues and, if women are excluded from the process, it’s emblematic of how society is excluding women and not giving them due voice,”
2. According to Sekyiamah,“Management plays a critical role in communicating, and role modeling this to team members,”
3. It should be focussed that a female is getting equal role in the office compared to men.
4. Any reservation for female should be canceled to bring equity.
5. Men and women should have same pay role.
6. Engage female in more challenging jobs.
