The main purpose to do a job is salary. If people are not getting proper compensation, they are not concentrated properly on the work because they are very unsatisfied. Employee satisfaction is very important, If people are satisfied, they will try to put full efforts to complete a work and to improve productivity. They can get satisfaction with compensation only. Compensation means cash or non cash incentives to employees for their service. Cash payments mean money and non cash payments mean promotions, handover new projects, awards etc…
When company provides compensations to it employees like top level employees, line managers and line employees, it will definitely see some changes in their behavior, they will be more committed and try to complete work within the time and try to improve the productivity, mainly they happy when company recognize their work.
